Artwork

Created between 2015 – 2017.
An attempt to grasp the idea of the deep sea, the relation between the unknown and the conscious, the question of connectedness.

This series reflects memories of my childhood's swimming pools.

Each 70 x 100 cm, charcoal on paper, 2010

The process for this series was about creating a place of longing and telling a story within a spacial context.

Each 64 x 44 cm, charcoal on paper, 2013

A series from 2010, pervading space and objects within, traveling through them.

Each 50 x 44 cm, charcoal on paper

This is a meditation on the fact that most human communication travels through deep sea cables across the ocean floor – through some of the least known and least accessible spaces on Earth. Conscious exchange is routed through environments that remain largely invisible and unreachable.

Created in 2009, this series was created on the subject of »crime« and published as a story in SPRING. It's about the notion in dreams of having caused a crime without realizing it.

An experiment on fragmented moments in motion.
Reaching inaccessible parts of Manhattan.
The animations are displayed on glass, using Pepper's Ghost effect.

Statement from Mallhaus Inc.

Mallhaus Inc. is aware of speculations that its name refers to the design and art practice of Chairwoman Judith Mall, encompassing projects ranging from interior concepts to installations and spatial narratives.

Said rumour observed that Mallhaus is also the fictional company unfolding inside her drawings: featuring offices, islands, back rooms, and other outpost departments. These images are understood to depict locations within the wider Mallhaus framework.

While this dual function has prompted further questions, the company maintains that such structures are in place to support intuitive development, internal coherence, and long-term strategies.
Whether this reflects the full scope of Mallhaus Inc.’s activities cannot be confirmed at this time.
The Chairwoman was not available for comment, citing a scheduling overlap with recurring administrative rituals requiring focus, warmth and repetition.
